With strong growth, a positive order inflow, and expanding international demand across its brands – Najad Yachts, Arcona Yachts, and Orust Yacht Service – Orust Quality Yachts is now taking the next step in its organisational development.
To support this continued expansion, Marcus Lindström has been appointed Group CEO of Orust Quality Yachts. Marcus has played a central role in the company’s progress in recent years, most recently as Operations Manager, where he has been instrumental in building the structures and systems that enable the group’s growth and long-term success.
At the same time, Fredrik Malmqvist takes on a new, strategic role as Executive Chairman of Najad Yachts and Arcona Yachts, focusing on product development, brand positioning, and international growth. Fredrik remains deeply involved in the group’s future direction, combining his extensive industry expertise with a continued hands-on approach.
“This organisational development reflects our growth and ambition. We’re strengthening our structure to ensure we can continue delivering the quality, craftsmanship, and innovation our customers expect – while preparing for the next stage of expansion,” says Fredrik Malmqvist.
